I'm a resident of the Cottages of Pendle Woods. How do I get started?
- On the Home page, click on the "register" link in "Please log in or register" at the top right.
- There will be a form on the "Sign In" page where you will choose your username and password and enter some additional required information.
- After successfully submitting the form, the website administrators will be notified of your request for account approval.
- Following approval by an administrator, you will be able to use the "log in" link.
If I create an account, who will be able to see my information?
- Only approved residents will be able to access the Community Directory.
- After you create an account, you can customize your privacy settings by clicking on your username at the top right and choosing "Account Settings." Here, you can use the "Privacy" tab to choose whether or not to show your email and/or phone number, and you can choose to opt out of the directory altogether.
If I create an account, how much email will I get from this website?
- After you create an account, you can click on your username at the top right and choose "Account Settings." Here, you can use the "Contact" tab to choose whether or not you want to receive email notifications and, if so, with what frequency.
If I have a request for maintenance, whom do I contact?
- In the list of "Pages," there's a link for "Homeowner Maintenance Inquiry." Complete the form on this page and a Board member will be notified of your request.
Why can't I access all of the information on this site?
- Some pages are available to everyone, others are restricted to residents only, and still others are available only to the Board of Directors and Property Manager. Everything that is restricted can be identified by a lock icon.
What are the monthly dues?
- At the Cottages of Pendle Woods, assessments are paid quarterly. The current quarterly rates are $789 for homes on pond lots and $729 for homes that are not on pond lots.
